Make sure you are logged into your Couvon account. Make sure you have entered all of your information correctly without any typos. Make sure you are using a valid credit card. If that still does not work, often trying a different credit card will work. Please note that Couvon does not currently accept the CIBC Visa/Cheque card.

#5: I can't log in because it is not accepting my email/password. When I enter my email and select reset password it declares unknown email. I also cannot re-register as it claims that I am already registered. I receive all the deals via email yet I still cannot buy!

Sometimes Merchants go out of business, or they change their product/service mix before the Expiry Date. When this happens, and you have an unused, valid couvon voucher, please contact our Customer Service Team and they will promptly remove the couvon from your account and provide you with Couvon credits equal to the value you originally paid.
